  • Eat more of fibre. Replace some of your foods with foods with high fibre value, which have low cholesterol, it will still give the desired nutrient while reducing your  cholesterol levels. 
  • Eat healthy. Avoid fatty foods, replace some fatty foods with olive oil, avocado and nut which all have fat that won't raise your LDL. 
  • Limits cholesterol intake. Reduce the rate by which you consume foods with high cholesterol levels, avoid cheese, whole milk, and red meat.

  •  Add more soluble fibre(found in cereal grain, beans, pea, and many fruits and vegetables) eat more of foods containing plant stanol and stencil . 
  •   Work with your health care provider to determine whether medication is needed to control high cholesterol. 
  •  You may eat upto 30 percent of your calorie from total fat, but most should be from saturated fat, does not raise your cholesterol level.
  • Buy and eat foods low in saturated and cholesterol.
